I first joined the gym, like many of us, to get fit, feel more confident, and improve my overall wellbeing. I studied Sports Coaching and Development at university and have been coaching since 2016. Over the years, I’ve challenged myself through bulking, cutting, and maintenance phases, and more recently by running half marathons and full marathons. These experiences have taught me a lot about discipline, consistency, and goal setting. Now, I use my knowledge of exercise and nutrition to help women achieve their goals while maintaining their health and creating a sustainable lifestyle balance. I focus on helping clients reach their targets without sacrificing time with family, friends, or the things they love. Together with G, we bring a unique approach to coaching: combining G’s expertise in body transformation, strength, and sustainable habits with my knowledge of performance, endurance, and lifestyle balance. Our goal is to provide women with a holistic, results driven program that fits into real life, helping them achieve the body, confidence, and mindset they’ve always wanted.
