No, the food is far from boring! You can include all of your favourite foods (in moderation) daily. We encourage our clients to go out to enjoy meals and we will help make plans with you to align with your goals.

With your check-ins you will receive a weekly video feedback or voice note taking you through an overview of your sleep, menstrual cycle, mood, progress photos, measurements and other variables that are monitored to ensure you’re progressing towards your goals.

None. We will tailor our plans around what you have already. We can help you whether you have a gym membership and access to state-of-the-art equipment or at home with the very basics.

We have a private client only facebook page, which is full of chat and support from our clients sharing their favourite meals, wins of the weeks and also taking part in our monthly giveaways.

We are all qualified Level 2 gym instructors and Level 3 personal trainers.
