All of our coaches are fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructors and Level 3 Personal Trainers. We also hold pre and post natal qualifications and Pre Script Nutrition certification.
All coaching is delivered online. You’ll have message support via WhatsApp, an initial video call upon sign up, and personalised Loom videos for your check ins.
